I can help you in Gwinnett County
Did you know that Gwinnett County has one of the highest rates of DUI arrests in the State? Hundreds of people are also arrested every month for possession of marijuana, shoplifting, battery and domestic violence, driving on suspended license, speeding, and failing to appear for court. I represent many people charged with a wide variety of misdemeanor cases such as these, as well as felony offenses, throughout Gwinnett County. I have developed valued connections with prosecutors that allow me to negotiate possible reductions of your charges and, in some cases, even dismissals.
If you are arrested for a misdemeanor offense in Gwinnett County and this is your first offense, the Solicitor General’s office in both the Gwinnett County Recorder’s Court and the State Court have pre-trial intervention and diversion programs that I have had great success in negotiating placement for my clients. They offer diversion for various offenses such as possession of marijuana, shoplifting, and some battery cases.
